Conducting a Compensation Review - Why Now and How to Get it Done

Compensate employees appropriately

As organizations grow, it is essential to recruit and retain the best talent – and a key component of that is appropriate compensation. When pay is viewed as fair for the work performed, employees are more likely to be engaged and satisfied with their work. Pay has to be "right" before other aspects of employment aspects even matter. In this webinar, we'll discuss the importance of designing a compensation strategy and structure, the basic process for conducting a compensation review, and how you can establish a base pay structure for your organization.

  • Outline the basic process for a compensation review, including both internal and external comparisons

  • Create the foundation of a base pay structure
  • Determine additional compensation considerations beyond base pay
